MACHINE The CNC Curvic® Coupling Grinder is a manual grinder that has been remanufactured and retrofitted with a Fanuc Series 16i controller and mechanically reconditioned. The machine is inspected by CNC Machinery Sales, Inc.   The work piece rotation, and sliding base in-feed, cross-feed and rotation is computer controlled along with grinding and dresser wheel RPM.  The following axes are used on the machine:
1)         The sliding base in-feed will be CNC controlled and will control the tooth depth.
2)         The work head base cross-feed will be CNC controlled.
3)         The work head base rotation will be CNC controlled.
4)         The work spindle rotation will be CNC controlled.
